Study Visit from Pakistan Mortgage Refinance Company (PMRC)

Cagamas Berhad ("Cagamas") recently welcomed a study visit from the Pakistan Mortgage Refinance Company ("PMRC"). The four-day programme focused on sharing best practices in housing finance, risk management, and capital market development. The PMRC delegation attended detailed briefings on Cagamas' business model, governance framework, product offerings, and treasury operations. The visit also featured engagements with CIMB Islamic Bank and Maybank Islamic Bank to explore Islamic finance practices, and concluded with a site visit to Residensi Nexus Kajang, hosted by Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia, highlighting Malaysia's affordable housing initiatives.
